Course Description: 4 hour class applying the essentials of strength training to athletes. This class is broken into two parts. Part lab which will consist of learning the human anatomy and how it works. The other part of this class will be hands on experience. Being able to apply technique and program design to real situations for the athletes. Students will be able to use any type of technology they so choose to create a presentation at the end of the class showing what and how they would apply the information to real world situations.
