Develop lesson plan that will incorporate different uses of technology for the rest of class to use.

Third Edition Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning
Required Materials:
Text book, an email account, also the knowledge of using different resources to present information.
Grading:
I will use the schools handbook for grading; I will not have weighted presentations.
Assignments:
Class will be based on the sport and teams you want to train with. With each week we will have sheets with workouts for each individual. Based on the in-season off-season and pre-season workouts. We will also be discussing nutritional factors that need to be established for those teams as well. Technique of different lifts will be performed from all students and which muscle groups will be used. At the end of the class students will have a firm grasp on implementing a program for their individual sports.
